Shipping Policy

Free Shipping only applies to Continental U.S.A.
There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekend days.
Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 3-4 business days.
Free Shipping does not apply when alternate shipping methods are selected
Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order's eligibility for Free Shipping.

Our kits are stringently tested in laboratories for accuracy. Once the items have shipped, they are not returnable or refundable.
